Our services are limited to:

- Offering various standard case transformation functions.

CaseMagic explicitly:
- Does NOT guarantee the suitability of any specific case conversion for any particular purpose.
- Does NOT verify the accuracy or context of the input text provided by the user.
- Is NOT liable for any consequences arising from the use of converted text.
2. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide text inputs for legitimate and lawful purposes only.
- Use the platform in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. CaseMagic is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
We are not liable for:
- Any errors or omissions in the converted text or AI suggestions.
- Decisions or actions taken by users based on the output of our platform.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Text inputted by users for conversion is processed by our system and, if the AI suggestion feature is used, by our AI service providers. We strive to ensure that such processing is done securely. We do not permanently store the text you input for conversion beyond what is necessary for the AI feature to function and for short-term operational logging, unless you utilize a feature that explicitly involves storage (e.g., a future history feature).
7. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate or suspend access for any violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
- Modify or discontinue services or any part thereof with or without notice.
